How Juveniles Find Themselves in Trouble with the Law Things people would never expect would lead to an arrest and how to detect if a juvenile is at risk.

Presented by: Bart Kaspero, Esq. Known primarily as a trial lawyer, Mr. Kaspero has represented all walks of life who find themselves in need of legal defense services. Throughout his career, he has worked methodically and tirelessly to develop strategies for cases others regarded as unwinnable undefined resulting in courtroom victories. This earned him a formidable reputation within his practice area.  Bart was accepted into the distinguished litigation program of the National Criminal Defense College in Macon, Georgia. There, he completed the rigorous curriculum reserved for the nation’s best legal practitioners and taught by the most prominent courtroom litigators.  Mr. Kaspero earned the prestigious designation as a “Rising Star” in Superlawyers magazine for the years of 2008, 2009, 2013, and 2014, and continues to receive accolades from the local Bar Association and other legal organizations.
