Winning Visuals and Technologies for Today's Litigator -
A demonstration of effective and persuasive presentation strategies that can be used throughout the litigation process. This course will cover demonstrative best practices, tools and the latest technologies used for the most effective trial presentations. Understand the process of selecting and effectively using trial presentation software for the display of documents, demonstratives, transcripts and video depositions.
Presented by: Joe Boxer, Design Director for TrialGraphix TrialGraphix is a national litigation consulting firm specializing in discovery, jury consulting, graphic design, presentation technology, and trial preparation solutions. In this capacity, Mr. Boxer simplifies complex legal concepts through the development of effective and compelling graphics and demonstrative exhibits. Working in close collaboration with each trial team, he identifies themes and key points of each matter and determines the best way to present these concepts to a targeted audience. Ultimately, Mr. Boxer develops and creates all facets of visual production, giving him the ability to clearly present cases of varying sizes and intricacies, from small-scale local litigation to complex national litigation.
OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.
