Ethical Issues in the New Technological and Social Media Environment

Presented by: Keith Attlesey, Esq., Managing Partner at Attlesey Storm, LLP. Mr. Attlesey represents a broad range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to publicly traded companies, in: (i) landlord-tenant matters, including evictions (unlawful detainers), breach of lease and security deposit disputes; (ii) negotiating, drafting and reviewing residential and commercial real property purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents and general business contracts; (iii) foreclosures and foreclosure litigation; and (iv) litigating business, real estate and collectibles industry cases (Mr. Attlesey has tried over 100 cases, including many jury trials).

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE ETHICS CREDIT 1.0. 

$30 for OCPA Members and $40.00 for Non-Members with payment via website event. $40.00 for all walk-in attendees. Dinner will be provided.
