Presented by: William T. Tanner, Attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County

Speaker Bio: Mr. William T. Tanner, J.D., is supervising attorney for the Legal Aid Society of Orange County where he oversees the Legal Aid Hotline, Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, Small Claims Court Advisory Program of Orange County and I-CAN!, and supervises the training of approximately 30 law students and paralegals. Prior to joining Legal Aid, he worked at California Rural Legal Assistance where he represented seniors and migrant farm workers in civil matters. Mr. Tanner has taught Business Law, Real Estate Law, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Property Law, Civil Litigation II, Civil Litigation III, Tort Law, and Ethics at UC Irvine Extension and MTSAC.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online.
