Ms. Hill is an experienced litigator specializing in employment law. She got her start in civil litigation with defense firms before joining the employee rights practice at Sessions & Kimball LLP. Edye has extensive experience in civil litigation ranging from narrow two party cases to multiple party complex litigation encompassing a broad range of legal issues including professional liability, catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, product defect, and construction defect. She currently represents individual plaintiff employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage claims. She is an experienced trial lawyer that has taken many cases from pre-litigation resolutions all the way through trial and jury verdict.

In 2014, Super Lawyers Magazine recognized Ms. Hill as a “Southern California Rising Star” in Employment Litigation. She has an 8.4 Avvo rating. She is a member of the California Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association Employment Law Section.
