The eDiscovery Beast: How to use Project Management Methodology to Help Gain Control

This presentation will help you understand how to bring the project management methodology into your eDiscovery projects.

 Presenter Biography

Chontte R. Johnson was has been in the legal industry for over 15 years.  Her experience as a litigation paralegal and teaching at the Paralegal program at UCI lead her to Project Management in eDiscovery.  As a Project Manager she helps clients organize and develop project plans for their eDiscovery matters from the initial planning phase all the way through trial.  As a Project manager she brings the discipline of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing to the litigation team to achieve the goals and criteria specific to that project.  

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE ETHICS CREDIT 1.0. 

$30 for OCPA Members.  $40.00 for Non-Members with payment via website even and $40.00 for all walk-in attendees.  Walk-ins are on a first come first serve basis.

Any cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for refunds or credits of any kind as the funds are transferred at that point to the Hotel. 

Note that no refunds will be issued.  Credit for a future meeting will be available in your OCPA account if cancellation is received no less than 48 hours prior to the event.**
