Presented by: Michael Shaff, Esq.

Speaker Bios: Michael Shaff specializes in all aspects of federal income taxation. Mr. Shaff is co-author of the "Real Estate Investment Trusts Handbook" published by WestGroup. Mr. Shaff practiced tax law for five years in New York City and for three years in another California law firm before founding the firm with Mr. Falk. Mr. Shaff also served as a trial attorney with the office of the Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service for three years. Mr. Shaff is certified by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California as a specialist in tax law. He is a member of the State Bar of California (Trusts and Estates Section), and the Massachusetts and New York bars. Mr. Shaff is the past chair of the Tax Section of the Orange County Bar Association.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online (both members and non-members) IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE. Walk-ins are on a first come first serve basis.

Credit for a future meeting will be held in your OCPA account which may be applied to future meetings if your cancellation is received no less than 48 hours prior to the event.
