Presented by: Allan D. Davis, Esq.

Speaker Bios: Alan D. Davis is a native of New Jersey, and graduated from Rutgers -The State University with a BA in History. He served in the U.S. Navy for six years as a data systems technician, with expertise in computer and peripheral system repair. His last three years were spent on the USS Josephus Daniels, based in Norfolk, Virginia.

Following his military service, Mr. Davis enrolled in Western State University School of Law in Fullerton, California, graduating in 1978. Upon admission to the bar in November of that year, he began a general practice of law, focusing on probate, wills, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships. He is a member of the California State Bar, the Orange County Bar (Probate and Estate Planning Section), and the United States District Court Bar for the Central District of California. In addition, he serves on the board of directors of the Rutgers Club of Southern California and is its current president.

Mr. Davis taught probate law and procedure at Santa Ana College from 1981 to 2011. The book used by the course was written by Mr. Davis with students in mind.

Credit for a future meeting will be held in your OCPA account which may be applied to future meetings if your cancellation is received no less than 48 hours prior to the event.
