The conference is primarily geared to paralegal students and recent paralegal certificate program graduates, experienced paralegals contemplating a change in their specialty area will find it very beneficial. This year's Career Conference will be held on the UCI campus on Saturday, April 12, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
The welcome message will be presented by the Chief of Police for UCI, Paul Henisey. Further conference speakers will be determined at a later date. The conference will include a Panel of Diverse Paralegals in different specialty areas who will discuss the different types of jobs available to paralegals today.
The cost of the conference is $35 for OCPA members and $45 for non-OCPA members. Continental breakfast and lunch are included.
