Harvey Zeytuntsyan is a California licensed attorney focused on higher education. His legal practice experience includes administrative and business immigration. He earned his BA from UCLA and JD from the University of San Diego School of Law.
He is admitted in California (active) and Massachusetts (non-active), where he practiced in a high-volume administrative law area. He advised clients across tech, life sciences, higher education, and financial services. Harvey now focuses on higher education and developing and publishing specialist training materials. He works closely with paralegals, including teaching and training teams, building knowledge systems, and designing tech-enabled quality assurance processes.
