Presenter Biographies
Lydia C. Duynstee, Esq., Transactional Business Consultant Serving CT's law firm corporate customers on the West Coast, Lydia focuses on developing strategies and solutions for corporate compliance issues arising in finance, M&A, and real estate deals. Lydia is a licensed California attorney and earned her J.D. from the Catholic University of America. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys travel to Mexico.
Tracey Perkins, MBA is a current Recruiting Consultant. Tracey spent two decades as a Litigation Paralegal with top-rated firms and understands the paralegal profession from two sides.
Tracey is also an Instructor of Ethics and Legal Career Skills for the UCI Division of Continuing Education Paralegal Program. She holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Virginia and her MBA with the University of Maryland Global Campus.
