Presented By: Daniel L. Ricks

Presenter Bio: Daniel Ricks serves as Associate General Counsel at Skyworks Solutions, Inc., where he oversees the company's SEC filings, entity management, executive compensation, and internal ethics training. Prior to joining Skyworks in 2013, he was a corporate attorney at the global law firm Latham & Watkins. Daniel received his Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, where he double majored in Electrical Engineering and Music. He then went to New York University School of Law where he completed his Juris Doctor degree as well as a Master of Law degree in Taxation. During law school, he served as Senior Executive Editor of the NYU Law Review. Daniel is the father of four young children and is also an active author, songwriter, and marathoner.

Daniel Ricks' presentation focuses on speaking up when you see something wrong. This riveting presentation will include several real-life scenarios, as well as tips for spotting problems (whether in documents or in organizations). There will be a fair amount of discussion and audience participation is highly solicited and greatly appreciated. Daniel has prepared an engaging and thoroughly entertaining presentation that focuses on Ethics in the real-world setting and how to pay attention to detail.
