Avoiding Probate of a Law Firm: Transitioning a Legal Practice

We will be covering the basics of what constitutes an estate plan. This presentation will include a refresher of probate and Federal Estate tax thresholds to determine what type of plan or administration is necessary.  Paralegals will come away with takeaways to give to attorneys to make sure their own firm is protected.
