 Presenter Biography

Virginia A. Suveiu, Esq., counsels on regulatory compliance and commercial law matters, including contract life cycle and negotiations. Virginia is also a mediator and arbitrator for the International Chamber of Commerce, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Virginia also finds time in her busy schedule to teach contract law in the paralegal program at UCI Division of Continuing Education Paralegal Program.

Tracey Perkins, MBA is a Recruiting Manager at Round Hill Search, a boutique minority-and femaile-owned legal search firm headquartered in Los Angeles. Tracey spent two decades as a Litigation Paralegal with top-rated firms and understands the paralegal profession from two sides.

Tracey is also an Instructor of Ethics and Legal Career Skills for the UCI Division of Continuing Education Paralegal Program. She holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Virginia and her MBA with the University of Maryland Global Campus.
