This presentation will cover utilizing social media in litigation. Topics covered will be how to locate, properly preserve, authenticate and lay the foundation for what is often case-changing social media content. In addition, discussion will include how to date photos/videos, navigate privacy restricted accounts and strategies used to introduce social media content in trial.

Presenter's Biography:
Joseph Jones, is President of Bosco Legal Services. He is a certified social media intelligence expert and a certified expert in cyber investigations. Joe has served as a trainer for the CIA and FBI. He also does continuing education seminars for judges, attorneys and insurance paralegals.
